- Honey - 15 grams

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame seeds - 30 grams
- Cornstarch - 40 grams
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the wings are marinating, spread the cornstarch on a plate. Remove the wings from the marinade and dredge them in cornstarch until fully coated.
- Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the sesame seeds over the wings to toast them slightly.
