- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
