- Ground chicken - 400 grams
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Sliced bell peppers - 100 grams
- Sliced green onions - 30 grams
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, sesame oil, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 1.5 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by mixing sliced bell peppers, green onions, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Add the prepared vegetable mixture on top of the cheese and sprinkle sesame seeds over everything.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
