Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 400 grams
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Sliced bell peppers - 100 grams
  • Sliced green onions - 30 grams
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, sesame oil, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 1.5 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by mixing sliced bell peppers, green onions, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  6. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Add the prepared vegetable mixture on top of the cheese and sprinkle sesame seeds over everything.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
