- Cabbage - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, grated
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
