  • Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon (grated)
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2 (sliced)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
