- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, sesame oil, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the egg mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the almond flour mixture over the cauliflower and toss again until all florets are well coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the top of the florets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
