Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons, toasted
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
