- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon

- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
