  • Rice noodles - 100 grams
  • Chicken or seafood broth - 750 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Spring onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken or seafood broth to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the broth, stirring well.
  3. Add the shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the pot, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
