  • Shiitake mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Chicken or seafood broth - 500 ml
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili paste (optional) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps
