  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, sliced
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they are just cooked through.

  6. Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
