Ingredients

  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 100 grams
  • Squid (cleaned and sliced) - 100 grams
  • Fish fillet (white fish, cut into strips) - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1 medium
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create a sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
  5. Add the bell pepper and carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  6. Pour the sauce over the seafood and vegetables, then add the cooked noodles. Toss everything together until well-coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and toss in sliced green onions before serving.
