- Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
- Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and sliced
- Firm tofu - 150 grams, cubed
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon (halal-certified)
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and cutting the seafood, cubing the tofu, and slicing the vegetables.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and squid to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and the squid is opaque.
- Carefully add the cubed tofu, bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Season with black pepper and salt to taste, and continue stir-frying for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
