  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Carrot - 1, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Soak the dried sea cucumbers in water overnight, then rinse and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  5. Add the snow peas and sea cucumber pieces, continuing to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
