- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- soy sauce - for dipping
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle (about 20 cm in diameter).
- Brush each circle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped scallions and black pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape, then coil it into a round shape. Flatten gently with your hand.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each pancake for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
