  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • soy sauce - for dipping

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle (about 20 cm in diameter).
