- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond flour, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut aminos, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Add the salt, black pepper, and black sesame seeds to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Once the oil is hot, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture and flatten it into a patty shape in the skillet. Repeat for the remaining mixture, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Cook each cake for about 3-4 minutes on one side, or until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Once cooked, remove the cakes from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
