Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, chopped green onions, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
