- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, chopped green onions, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the pork cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
