  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
