- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Carrot (diced) - 50 grams
- Bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
- Frozen peas - 30 grams
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside.
- Finely chop the green onions and garlic, and grate the ginger.
