Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Green onion - 2 stalks
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Carrot (diced) - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
  • Frozen peas - 30 grams
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop the green onions and garlic, and grate the ginger.
