Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cleaned razor clams to the skillet, stirring quickly to coat them in the garlic and ginger mixture.
- Pour in the coconut aminos and add the red chili flakes if using. Stir to combine.
