- Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- Rinse the mustard greens under cold water to remove any dirt, then drain and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the mustard greens to the skillet along with the water. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the greens wilt down.
- Drizzle the sesame oil and soy sauce over the greens, then sprinkle with red chili flakes if using. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
