Ingredients

  • Asparagus - 200 grams

  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends, then cut the spears into 5 cm pieces.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the asparagus pieces to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the coconut aminos and sesame oil, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
