Steps
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and add it to the skillet with the mushroom mixture. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Finally, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
