Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add water and olive oil, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface until it becomes pliable.
