Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, five-spice powder, and chili flakes.
  2. Add water and sesame oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chopped green onion until evenly distributed.
