  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Grate the daikon radish and place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated radish, almond flour, eggs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the radish mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Carefully flip the radish cake using a large spatula and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
