  • Water - 70 ml

  • Pumpkin puree - 200 grams
  • Fresh ginger, grated - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheese (mozzarella or your choice) - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, grated ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  4. Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface into a thin circle, about 25 cm in diameter.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle cheese and sesame seeds on top of the pumpkin mixture.
