- Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheese (mozzarella or your choice) - 100 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, grated ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface into a thin circle, about 25 cm in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
