- Pumpkin puree - 100 grams
- Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Spring onions - 2, finely chopped
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

- Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a flat disc about 1/2 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Place one flatbread in the skillet and spread half of the pumpkin mixture on top. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat the process with the second flatbread and remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Once both flatbreads are cooked, garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
