  • Pumpkin puree - 150 grams
  • Chives - 30 grams (chopped)
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, chopped chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1 cm thick.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the pumpkin and chive filling in the center of each disc. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, shaping it into a bun.
