Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, chopped chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1 cm thick.
