- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (halal) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken broth (halal) - 500 ml
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Bring the two corners of the triangle together to form a small pouch, sealing the edges well.
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Carefully add the wontons to the simmering broth. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until the wontons float to the surface and are cooked through.
