- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 150 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a keto option) - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the pork is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. If using, add red chili flakes for heat.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
