- Pork tenderloin - 200 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Water - 500 ml
- Egg noodles - 150 grams
- Spring onions - 2, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- 1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork tenderloin with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger for about 10 minutes.
- 2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Add the marinated pork to the boiling broth, cooking for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
- 4. Add the egg noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually about 6-8 minutes.
- 5. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the julienned carrot, chopped bok choy, and sliced mushrooms to the pot.
- 6. Season the soup with salt and black pepper to taste.
