  • Water - 500 ml
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Spring onions - 2, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. 1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork tenderloin with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger for about 10 minutes.
