  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Carrot - 1 small, grated
  • Lettuce leaves (Butter or Romaine) - 6 large
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili sauce (optional) - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, diced red bell pepper, and grated carrot, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and cilantro.
