  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Pizza dough - 1 small (about 250 grams)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced carrot and peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and scramble it in the skillet with the rice mixture until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  7. Spread the pork fried rice mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the rice mixture.
