Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced carrot and peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and scramble it in the skillet with the rice mixture until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the pork fried rice mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the rice mixture.
