- Cooked Jasmine rice - 2 cups
- Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, diced
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot - 1 medium, diced
- Green onion - 2, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced pork tenderloin and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic and diced carrot for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet along with the cooked pork, green peas, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the sliced green onions just before serving.
