Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams

  • Pork floss - 80 grams
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted coconut oil together until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a rectangular shape about 1 cm thick.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
