Steps
- Begin by boiling the pork belly in a pot of water for about 10 minutes to tenderize.
- Remove the pork belly from the pot and let it cool slightly before slicing it into thin pieces.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced pork belly, cooking until it becomes crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
