  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Begin by boiling the pork belly in a pot of water for about 10 minutes to tenderize.
  2. Remove the pork belly from the pot and let it cool slightly before slicing it into thin pieces.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced pork belly, cooking until it becomes crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan with the pork belly and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli and water to the pan, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
