- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the pork belly into 2cm pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and half of the minced garlic and ginger.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork belly pieces until golden brown on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
- In a baking dish, arrange the seared pork belly pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, remaining garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the pork belly, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Chop the savoy cabbage into large chunks and place it around the pork belly in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the pork is crispy.
- Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
