- Pork belly - 200 grams
- Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until soft, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor until it forms a rice-like texture.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, slice the pork belly into thin pieces and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread hoisin sauce evenly over the top.
- Top with cooked pork belly, sliced bell pepper, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before slicing and serving.
