- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Snow peas - 100 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon (for thickening)
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the pork slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked pork to the pan, tossing everything together. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
