Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon (for thickening)
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the pork slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
