- Egg noodles - 150 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons (ensure it's kosher)
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, and stir-fry the carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Return the pork to the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles, sesame oil, and water. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
