- Zucchini - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce (Kosher) - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork with cornstarch (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 5 minutes.

- Stir in the chopped green onion, adjusting seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed. Serve hot.
