- Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Chow mein noodles - 150 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more olive oil if necessary, then stir-fry the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan, stir-frying for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the pan, add the chow mein noodles, sesame oil, and water. Toss everything together until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Finish with chopped green onions and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
