- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Snap peas - 100 grams, trimmed
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
