- Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Wide rice noodles - 200 grams
- Soy sauce (kosher) - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (kosher) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork tenderloin and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
