  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced (shiitake or button)
  • Baby bok choy - 150 grams, halved
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then bring the broth to a gentle boil.
