- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 2 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the pork cubes and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the pineapple, red bell pepper, and green onions as instructed.
- After marinating, thread the pork, pineapple, bell pepper, and green onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
