  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, cut into 2-inch lengths
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 3 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork cubes and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the pineapple, red bell pepper, and green onions as instructed.
  5. After marinating, thread the pork, pineapple, bell pepper, and green onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
  6. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  8. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
