  • Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and add sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine and heat through for another minute.
  6. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
