Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and water. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced green bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the pan and add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the pork and peppers evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
