Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced pork with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and water. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced green bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Return the cooked pork to the pan and add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the pork and peppers evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
