  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
